Specialty Work

Welding

Stick Welding: Used for many industrial purposes in the field, on heavy equipment, heavy steel structures and buildings.

HeliArc Welding: Aluminum specific welding which provides a clean non-splatter application. Used on tuna towers and flying bridges, it has a cleaner, more precise weld on aluminum than a spool gun. It is also used on specialty projects such as oil pans, manifolds, etc.

Tig Welding: Used for more intricate welds, it also has no splatter, and produces the cleanest non-slag weld. Also used for welds left exposed to the eye, it provides great penetration ensuring a strong quality product.

Mig Welding: Used on most industrial production welding, it allows for a continuous bead to be performed without interruption and steady wire flow. Particularly well adapted to certain applications such as mass production of trailers, tanks, stands, frames, roof access ladders, etc. Also used as an advantage to weld more without downtime.

Finishes & Coatings

Powder coating: Used for most mass production coating services of all types of metal. This is a very durable finish and it comes in a full line of colors to choose from. This coating is used for railings, staircases, frames, suspension components, handlebars, rims.

Standard Painting: Used for industrial purposes as well as mass production such as automobiles, motorcycles, boats, and miscellaneous industrial parts. This is your typical finish for most applications.

Electrostatic Painting: With new technology in painting this has been proved to be a very durable long lasting coating which can last up to 20 years in the elements. This is now used for a lot of industrial purposes where only powder coating was used. This has a wider selection of color base and has the capability of color matching.

Polishing/Raw Metal Finishing: This is used on stainless and aluminum applications. It can bring a mirror finish to stainless steel for a long lasting shine. This is used on a lot on marine and auto accessories such as cleats, hand rails and trim, manifolds, rims, valve covers, forks, moldings, handlebars and blowers. This finish is achieved by prepping with abrasives to take out the rough finish so you can polish to a high luster shine. You can also apply a numbered finish to acquire a certain texture or grain to accomplish a specific look. Most restaurant equipment is finished to allow for a seamless look.

Marine

Gill Brackets: This is an outboard mounting bracket which opens up an array of plus side options for most boats equipped with an outboard motor. This is a bonus for boats that can be equipped with a gill bracket which provides multiple functions. It allows you to mount multiple outboard motors where the manufacturer did not build the transom to accommodate. This also allows you to build an offset where you can incorporate a swim platform with the gill bracket to allow water access on and off the back of the boat.

Swim Platform: These can be custom made to fit any make and model boat with an inboard motor regardless if it has a V drive or a stern drive. Swim platforms can also be set up for holding auxiliary watercraft such as dingy boats, jet skis, waterski poles and ladders.

Tuna Tower: An all aluminum structure which is used to allow you to operate the boat from a higher vantage point to see what is in the water and to give a better perspective. These also can be used for accessories like hanging fishing poles, auxiliary lighting, and speakers. Other aluminum structures for a boat include structural support for a hard top which can also be rigged to hold fishing poles and additional lighting.
