In this economy, wrought iron (also called rod iron) is not for every budget. What is sold as wrought iron today is steel.
True wrought iron is made of salvaged iron which it melted and rebuilt into bars. The process is extremely costly, and puts the original material out of the pocketbook of most.
Metal fences today are more often made of turbular steel, hollow metal pickets or posts that look like solid 5/8” bars. They can also be made in solid steel, which lends itself to more design possibilities.
Decorative elements include: rings, spears (pressed, triads and quads), swirls, hoops, and fleur-de-lis.

Aluminum fence
Aluminum is more economical than steel, and does not rust. Properly finished and treated, it won’t corrode either.
It is also much lighter than steel, which sometimes may be the only viable option to build a fence.
Aluminum fencing is a good option to secure the perimeter of a pool permanently and affordably.
For environmentally-conscious homeowners and public projects with a requirement to minimize environmental impact, aluminum is an eco friendly option. Aluminum is typically made from recycled material such as soda and beer cans, car parts and other aluminum-based products.

Finishes
We offer 2 main types of finishes: powder-coating and paint. For years, powder-coating has been one of the favorite finishes of metal fabricators and clients because of the durability and hardness of the product. Powder-coating can also be done in multiple colors: it is a very versatile finish.
More recently, paint manufacturers have come up with special paints that actually outlast powder coating treatment, and offer a very extensive choice of colors. Painting has been one of the specialties of our shop for the past 25 years or so: we achieve a quality of finish that sets your project apart. Painting is also less expensive than traditional powder coating.
